Tax Payments 

• Pay in person at the Town Hall on two different days  –  Tuesday 12/30/2025 & Wednesday 01/28/2026 both days from 2:00PM-6:00PM

• Mail tax payment - See your tax bill for mailing address. Tax payments are recorded based on the postmark date on the envelope.

Tax Payment Receipts

•  Have a receipt mailed to you: per the back of your tax bill, please include a self-addressed/stamped envelope if you wish to receive a receipt by mail (If you license a dog we will automatically send you a tax receipt when we send your dog tag).

• You can also print your own receipt through Marathon County's website. If you have any issues printing your receipt please contact us and we can help you navigate their web site.

Special Charges On Your Tax Bill

• There will be a $6 POWTS fee added to your taxes. For more information see Marathon County - Septic Systems (POWTS)

• The garbage/refuse fees have increased from $200 to $215 to cover the increasing costs of having the service.
